Why we don't take insurance
Perez Plastic Surgery does not participate with Medicare, Medicaid or any insurance plan. Our philosophy is that we choose to serve patients, not HMO executives.
Patients with high insurance deductibles — or those who simply want to be treated with high-quality care by one of America’s Top Doctors — are welcome to consult for reconstructive procedures.

How the cost works
Medicare and insurance companies typically do not permit submission of a claim in these cases. Our flat-fee packages include surgery, facility, anesthesia and pathology costs where necessary.
The exact total is provided at the time of consultation, and is often less than the cost of an insurance deductible.
